| Peter Cowley President, CEO & Director Peter Cowley is a geologist with 40 years international experience in the minerals industry, mainly in Africa. Mr. Cowley was President and CEO of Banro Corporation from June 2004 to 2008, where he led the exploration program that delineated 11 million ounces of gold along the Twangiza-Namoya gold belt. Prior to joining Banro, Mr. Cowley was Managing Director of Ashanti Exploration, where he oversaw the exploration of the Geita mine in Tanzania, which resulted in 17 million ounces being delineated. He holds M.Sc and M.B.A. degrees and is a Fellow of I.M.M.M. Mr. Cowley is also a director of Cluff Gold plc and Banro Corporation. |

| Arnold T. Kondrat Executive Vice President and Director The founder of both Loncor and Banro, Mr. Kondrat has been involved in corporate finance activities for over 20 years. He is also President and Managing Director of Sterling Portfolio Securities Inc., a private venture capital firm based in Toronto. |

| Kevin R. Baker Director Kevin Baker, Q.C. is President and Managing Director of Baycor Capital Inc., a private merchant bank based in Calgary, Alberta. Mr. Baker has over 37 years experience in the corporate securities industry and was a founder and director of a number of oil and gas, oilfield service, technology and real estate companies. Baycor has or has had a number of investments in Canada and the United States in the oil and gas, oilfield service, technology and real estate businesses. Mr. Baker is or has been a director of a number of private and public companies in Canada and the United States. He holds a B.Arts Economics and a Bachelor of Law degrees from the University of Alberta. Mr. Baker is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, past President of the Calgary Bar Association and was appointed Queen's Counsel in 1993. |

| William R. Wilson Director Bill Wilson is Director, Executive Vice President and CFO of ARNEVUT Resources, Inc., a private precious metals exploration company based in Colorado with properties in Nevada and Utah. He has created and managed 11 mining companies over 25 years with properties in the U.S., Canada, Russia, the DRC and Ukraine. Mr. Wilson is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, the Mining and Metallurgical Society of America, the Canadian Institute of Mining and the Society of Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration. He has a degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California. Mr. Wilson has been involved in the mining industry for 35 years. |

| Richard Lachcik Director Richard is a partner in the Canadian law firm of Norton Rose LLP which acts as counsel to Loncor. He specializes in corporate and securities law. |

| Maurice Colson Director Mr. Colson has worked in the investment industry for more than 35 years and was for many years managing director for a major Canadian investment dealer in the United Kingdom. He is actively involved in providing strategic counsel and assistance with financing to emerging private and public companies in Canada and to Canadian companies operating in China, Africa, and South America. He sits on the board of directors of several TSX and TSX Venture listed companies and is the former President and CEO of Lithium One Resources. Mr. Colson holds a Masters of Business Administration degree. |
